TO OVERSEE AND ADMINISTER FUNDS
for substance use/abuse related programs/events through the Drug-Free Communities Fund grant process. This annual grant cycle awards funds collected in the county through drug and alcohol offenses to local service providers for activities provided for Clark County citizens in three categories: Prevention/Education, Treatment/Intervention, and Law Enforcement/Justice.
We have partnered with local, state and federal agencies to make our services available to those who need it.

of how the communities that make up Clark County address substance use and abuse. This annually revised document is called the
Comprehensive Community Plan.
TO HOLD AT LEAST 6 COALITION MEETINGS
open to the community, to share efforts to combat substance abuse in our county.
This group was initially formed in response to concerns related to alcohol and other drug abuse by young adults in Clark County. The community is invited to participate and become a coalition member by attending our coalition meetings.

The mission of the Clark County Youth Coalition is to provide an organization through which the community can plan and implement efforts to address the problem of youth alcohol use and substance abuse in Clark County, Indiana
The Clark County Youth Coalition (CCYC) has served as Clark County’s Local Coordinating Council for the Governor’s Commission for a Drug Free Indiana since 1989.
